Reservations Required
Marine Atlantic wishes to advise its customers that a reservation is required to travel on Marine Atlantic’s vessels.
Customers may make a reservation by calling the toll free reservations line at 1-800-341-7981; at Marine Atlantic’s website at www.marine-atlantic.ca, or at one of Marine Atlantic’s terminals located in Port aux Basques, NL; Argentia, NL; or, North Sydney, NS up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time provided there is space available.
Customers who arrive at the terminal without a reservation will be required to purchase a ticket for the next available ferry crossing.
Please note:
To gain access to the Marine Atlantic loading area, a customer must have a reservation for one of the next 2 sailings and have completed the check-in process.
Within 48 hours of scheduled departure time, customers requesting a change to their sailing date or time; as well as any change which removes vehicle, passenger(s) or accommodations from the booking, will be subject to a $25.00 modification fee.
