Liability
Marine Atlantic agrees to carry passengers and goods to destination subject to specific terms and conditions which appear on the front and reverse of each contract of carriage.
The conditions of carriage include provisions which limit the liability of Marine Atlantic and thus the rights of passengers and shippers to assert claims against the Company, including claims for delay, personal injury, loss or damage to baggage, shipped goods and/or vehicles.
