Deck Department
The Deck Department employs a number of certified crew members in various positions ranging from Deckhand all the way to Master. This department provides navigation services, operate and maintain deck equipment and perform other deck and bridge duties aboard ships under the supervision of deck officers and ultimately report to the Master of the vessel. The typical entry level position into this department is deckhand.

Engineering Department
The Engineering Department employs a number of certified crew members in various positions ranging from Engine Room Assistant to Chief Engineer. This department operates, maintains and repairs main and auxiliary engines, ancillary equipment aboard ships under the supervision of the Chief Engineering ultimately reporting to the Master. The typical entry level position into this department is Engine Room Assistant.

Passenger Services
The Passenger Services Department employs a number of crew members who are responsible to provide the hospitality services functions to our passengers, clean and maintain public areas and passenger cabins aboard our ships, operate our gift shops, bars, cafeterias under the supervision of the Sr. Chief Steward and his assistants, ultimately reporting to the master. This department also employs journeyman cooks. The typical entry level position into this department is an Assistant Steward.
