Terminal Ports
Terminals
The terminals provide ticketing and hospitality services to the passengers prior to traveling on our vessels. The terminal staff also maintains the cleanliness of the buildings on the compound and provides administrative services to the terminal employees under the supervision of the terminal manager and his assistants. The typical entry level positions into this department are Ticket Clerk, Chauffeur Porter and Stevedore.
Reservations
The reservation department provides reservation services to the traveling public through our call centers located both in North Sydney and Port aux Basques. The typical entry level position into this department is Reservation Clerk.
Maintenance
The Maintenance department provides building and grounds maintenance at the terminal ports and repair/renovation services for the vessels as requested. This department employs various trades with journeyman qualification.
