Human Resources
The Human Resource Department located at North Sydney, NS, with the Crew Calling Department in Port aux Basques provides a comprehensive human resource service to the company. The department ensures legal compliance in all human resource related areas and covers all human resource functions. These include recruitment and selection, labour relations, pension and benefit administration, compensation, employee services for example EAP, wellness and suggestion programs, human resource planning, training and development, human resource research, policy and procedure development and vessel crewing.
